How the intake email works
The intake form prepares an email draft on your device. Your typed answers are not intentionally saved in a website database. The information is not sent to the firm unless you review the draft and select Send in your email application.
If you send the message, your email provider and the recipient’s email systems process it according to their own practices.
Keep initial information limited
The firm will have no duty to keep confidential the information sent in an initial submission. Do not send documents or confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive information through the preliminary intake. The website asks only for information intended to support a preliminary conflict and intake screening.
Technical website information
Like most websites, hosting and security providers may automatically process standard technical information, such as an internet address, browser type, requested page, and access time, to deliver and protect the website.
The website code does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. This statement does not describe the separate practices of a user’s browser, internet provider, email provider, or linked services.
No representation or deadline protection
Using the website, preparing an email, sending information, or receiving an automated delivery notice does not create an attorney-client relationship. A submission does not guarantee review, a response, a consultation, or representation, and it does not pause, extend, or protect a deadline.
